Jessica Johns takes first place at the State Competition
Canyonville Christian Academy is proud of hard working senior, Jessica Johns who took first place at the Oregon State Athletics Association (OSAA) track meet that was held on May 20th & 21st, 2011. Not only did she win the State title, but Jessica set a new state record in the shot put at 40 feet even! 32 2A schools from all over the State of Oregon competed fiercely for the championship title, but it was our very own Jessica Johns who walked away with the coveted title. Jessica, we are so proud of you!
