July 8, 2018 – UPDATE about ESTHER
“Mom continues to draw closer to heaven.
No longer able to eat or drink. The doctor and nurse of hospice sense her time is short. But, of course, we only know God’s timing.
Those who have been with her in recent days have been touched and created their own special memories in those moments. Coming to say a short good-bye is welcomed.

We pray she is in no pain and peacefully falls asleep in Gods arms with her loving family surrounding her. We actually will be in Canyonville on Sunday afternoon and Monday staying at Seven Feathers Hotel on our way home to Colorado, And will check with you then on how things are. Prayers and Love from our family to yours.
Esther was ready to move on and did. What a beautiful life she led where she enjoyed hundreds of adopted children.. Her spirit remains with us and will nourish us for days as we come to grips with the fact that she has had her own “graduation”. Esther always welcomed us when we stopped to say hello on our way up north. She was such a gentle woman. We had so many good times in her home. This is time of transition for Roger and Adele too and we pray that the memories you had over so many years will continue to be a blessing to you. Thank you for sharing your parents with all of us “kids”.
