Canyonville Christian Academy Repeats As National Stock Market Game Champions!

Canyonville Christian Academy is the first school ever to achieve a two time win!

top international boarding school wins big at oregon stock market gameCanyonville Christian Academy has been officially notified by the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Assn. (SIFMA) that we finished 2015 #1 in the national high school investing competition sponsored by their organization.

The ten top team from around the United States are invited to meet in Washington, DC for three days of events, seminars, and touring the capital city. CCA will provide the five qualifying students with two extra days of seeing the sights. The team going to DC will be Bryan Mukama, Luigi Van Mol, Esther Sandrali, Esther Cyubahiro, and Junior Strusberg.

Canyonville also won the title in 2014, making this boarding school the first school to win the competition two times.

Over 4,300 teams competed in this year’s Capitol Hill Challenge, with schools investing a hypothetical $100,000 over the course of a 14-week period.
