Riding the rapids
It was a HOT day and Oregon’s Rogue River was cool and inviting. All of Canyonville Christian Academy’s student body plus faculty and staff took a day off of school to head south to Gold Hill, Oregon for a rafting trip. This is a great time for students who are new to CCA to get to know each other. Everyone had a great time, many jumping into the cool river and many being thrown in by their friends. The rapids were exciting and a great thrill as many students had never done this before. Afterwards, there was a picnic in the park where students played basketball, soccer, volleyball or just laid around in the warm sun. The annual CCA rafting trip was another success!
